Student ministry consulting is not one of the things we do, it is the only thing we do.

Because the field of ministry consulting is a high trust endeavor we operate on a very discreet level when providing consulting services to the local church.

In some cases confidentiality is needed in order to protect the ministry in moving it forward. In other cases, it is necessary to protect the student staff and their ability to lead. In all cases it is simply a practice of humility and courtesy to fly under the radar as needed.  In other words, the level of openness and discreetness we use is up to you. We follow your lead and can make suggestions accordingly.

We have consulted with churches for 9 months with only the personnel team and Senior pastor knowing we were encouraging and coaching staff and leadership behind the scenes. Conversely, we have consulted for just a single weekend concluding with a Student Ministry Celebration from the pulpit. Celebrating and inspiring student leadership and how important the student ministry is to the church can be a tremendous boost in tandem with training and coaching.

Weather it is a single coaching, listening evaluative session over lunch or an in-depth multi-visit consult for a specific challenge, we have you covered.
